today is my turn. duty officer cadet of the day. handle for my intake. yeah.. overall, my performance is quite ok. good. ada peningkatan compared to the previous one. well, my duty is play as a big in charge(ic besar harian) and its quite challengging as some of them took an advantages to secure themself from attending some of the parade. well, that is my job to make sure that they present for all the parade. or otherwise, note down their military number and pass it to OC. but, the problem is how to manages this big number? 353 of officer cadet of intake 2007. that is a challenges for me. im always think positive while working such this people. until now, i have been duty as a duty officer cadet of the day for 4 times. i learn from the mistakes. all the experiences that i gain for past a year ago really help me to handle this matter. total parade for today is 5. meaning that, i should submit 5 report of the parade states to the OC. omg. i undergo all this with full of commitment, brave, clam and full of patiences. here is the title(kepala tajuk) for each of the report.

1. morning physical tranning report 0700H
2. marching report 0900H
3. gotong-royong report 1130H
4. gotong-royong report again 1400H
5. and lastly, roll call report 2230H

well, my tactics is very simple. to know those who secure or absent for attending each of the parade is..

1. you need a name list for each of the squadron.
2. then, command the ic squadron to mark ''/" to those who attend the parade.
3. next, command the ic squadron to mark "X" to those who not come or absent the parade including the excuse(such as report sick, mc, holiday and what ever).
4. separate those name who absent the parade.
5. later, tally those who absent and those who get an excuse, report sick, attend b, attend c, mc and so on.
6. that is not my work. command your man to do so. briliant right. here, we can trace those who absent. seriously sh*t. sabotage aku ye.. aku dah submit name tu kat staff sergeant naza.

tired mood. take a short nap at sentry room.

more importantly, i release from the punishment of extra drill from staff sergeant naza. if i fail to submit the report, extra drill la jawabnya. that why im very2 strict in order to handle such big number.. smart right.. i want to write more about what happen to me along this day. but, time is very2 jealous to me. i hv to go. bye. tata..
