marvellous muffincake

for outing this time, i choose my home as my destination to release my tension mood. although, i hv only 5 hour, that is quite enough for me to watch melodi and csi miami, make a home made muffincake, and great launch with my family chef by mama and my pregnant sister's..

anyway, i used this short time that i had doing something benefit to me. yeah.. every second its worth to me.. here its the needed in order to make a marvellous muffincake.

the ingredients:

muffincake flour = 1kg

corn oil = 270 ml

egg = 320ml(around 6-7 eggs)

water = 220 ml

chocolate chips = 200 grams or more.

raisin/fruit jelly = up to you.

method:

1. beat the egg(s) in a cake bowl so that the egg will spread out(bg kembang sket).

2. put all the measured ingredients above in order start from muffincake flour, corn oil, water, chocolate chips and raisin(if any).

3. mix all the ingredients/compound above using wood ladle until its harmoniously(sebati).

4. then, heat the oven at 180 degree calcius for 10 minutes(warm up the oven)

5. next, put the dough(adunan) in a cup cakes.

6. lastly, bake the dough at 180 degree calcius until its look like a light brown(almost 20 minutes)

ps: mmg "marvellous" la muffin ni..

pss: this measurement can made around 70 or more of muffin depends on the size of cupcakes itself.
