mencari fitness yang hilang..

A MAN TO A SOLDIER.
salam squad.

squad, mari buat push up 10 kali setiap jam.. 10 X 24 = 240kali.. tembak langit!


my current weight right now is 54kg. OMG! increase 3kg within this one and the half month. suck! how could i run 1.6km within 9minute? abis la.. naknak, baru lepas raya haji ni.. melantak la kejenye.. dengan kfcnya, mcdnye..

by the way, LKU known as latihan ketenteraan umum will start tommorow morning. yeah.. it gonna be launching by dato' komandan. the word "mould" come from his mouth is totally inspired me.

baik la puan-puan, start from today, i will make sure that, i have to push up 20 times before i go for a bed and 20 times, later after i awake. then, 10 times both side, left and right using dumb-bell(im not sure how heavy it was).

ok la.. i want to prepare my uniform for tommorow.
